Meld — Terms of Use
These terms cover using the Meld app and the one thing you can buy inside it. Nothing here overrides your rights under Apple's own Usage Rules for App Store apps.
Meld is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices — it isn't sold to you, and you can't resell, sublicense, or redistribute it.
Meld Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You pay once, on the Apple ID you bought it with, and you keep every deck we add afterward.
Meld is for adults having an honest conversation with each other. It's not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for either.
Meld is intended for use by people 17 years of age or older. By using Meld, you're confirming you meet that age requirement.
Subject to these terms and Apple's Usage Rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Meld on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for your own personal use.
Meld is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what it plainly does. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim other warranties, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Meld. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
You can stop using Meld at any time by deleting the app — Settings also gives you a direct way to delete everything Meld has stored first. We may suspend or end access for use that violates these terms.
If these terms change, this page will change with them, and the "Effective" date at the top will update.
Your purchase is processed through Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's own terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Entitlement and purchase state are managed through RevenueCat — see our Privacy Policy for what that involves.
